Mixing Machine With Bottom Entry Agitator

We manufacture fixed shell & tube type heat exchanger, floating Heat Exchanger, fully double expanded heat exchanger and double tube sheet type heat exchanger. Manufactured using stainless steel of grade SS 304, SS304L, SS316 and SS 316L, our heat exchangers are used for varied applications in the industry like fertilizers, chemicals & petrochemicals, automobiles, cement.

We manufacture condensers using stainless steel and non ferrous metals like: brass and copper.
Our condensers are available in capacity of 1sqm to 100 sqm.

Fabricated upto 50,000 ltrs, our storage tanks are also featured with long lasting durability and also requires less maintenance. They are also non-corrosive, light weight, long lasting and leak proof.

Stainless Steel Receiver Tanks

Used basically for mixing of highly viscous material, our twin shaft dispersor machine consists of two agitator shaft hence it is called as twin shaft, one operates at high speed and another slow speed.

We offer wide range of planetary mixer for cosmetic industry which are obtainable in different specifications and capacities. With excellent desecration, these mixer prevent the paste from becoming lumoy.

Basically used for making of highly viscous material, our high speed mixers operate at 1440 RPM and have a capacity of 500 ltrs to 1500 ltrs. Our machine consists of two vessels and single agitator.

Basically this system consist of 7 Nos. of mixing vessels plus 5 Nos. of separation vessel which are interconnected and operates at 24 hrs/day (Hence it is continious system).

We design, manufacture and supply varied range of crystallizers mainly used in the chemical industry. Manufactured using stainless steel, their temperature depends upon the the process in which they are made.
